Thanks to the generous donations of our community supporters, NVEF awarded 27 NVUSD teachers with Spencer-Colton Gold Star grants through the We Heart Teachers campaign, which will impact more than 9,000 students this year. Grants were awarded to innovative projects that engage students and encourage them in their learning.
The celebration at Compadres Rio Grill included the presentation of certificates by Dr. Mucetti and NVEF’s director, Jennifer Stewart.
